Returning products is straightforward and easy! If you are shopping from the UK, your return shipping is on us!
Please visit the Returns Centre within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and follow the steps. You will need access to a printer.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, brushed or washed. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging, no lace is to be cut or altered.
